Responsibilities
Arlene is primarily responsible for developing and implementing capital and major gift campaigns for a variety of non-profit organizations. She is also experienced in volunteer leadership development, case development, grant writing, special events, strategic planning as well as feasibility studies.
Experience
Arlene has over fifteen years of demonstrated mission-driven non-profit leadership on a staff and consultant basis which has resulting in numerous successful fundraising efforts; effective volunteer and staff management; creative program and project development; and community engagement.
