Lori's responsibilities at Hodge, Cramer & Associates include the design and implementation of development programs including major and comprehensive capital campaigns, feasibility studies, development plans, annual campaign, Board development and more.
Experience
Lori's professional career has given her a range of accomplishments and experience in the business sector as well as in the non-profit environment. She began at Hodge, Cramer & Associates in 1990 serving as an associate consultant. In 1992, Lori left Hodge, Cramer & Associates to pursue a career as Marketing Director of a telecommunications firm, consulted in the telecommunications industry regarding new market development and in 1997 earned her MBA.
Returning to Hodge, Cramer & Associates in 1998, Lori is now a key consultant with the firm. Her big-picture outlook observing an organization in its entirety, compliment her experience with the non-profit sector, making her a valuable asset. Cross-training in philanthropy and business administration, allow Lori to look comprehensively at the entire organization and make effective leadership decisions for both near and long-term organizational goals.
