Michelle Cramer, CFRE, is President of Hodge Cramer & Associates, a nationally recognized, full service, fundraising consulting firm headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Founded in 1987, Hodge Cramer has worked with over one thousand not-for-profit organizations across the country, raising more than $650 million. The firms portfolio of successful capital campaigns as well as special projects includes The Ohio State University, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Directions For Youth, Des Moines Public Library, The Dr. Martin Luther King National Memorial, Make-A-Wish Foundation, The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and the Columbus YWCA which has become a national model with it’s all-female cabinet.

Michelle's sincere passion for the non-profit community, coupled with her 20 years of fundraising consulting leadership, makes her one of the most respected consultants in the industry. Of Hispanic descent, Michelle is particularly committed to serving organizations positively impacting women, children and minorities. Prior to founding Hodge Cramer & Associates with her business partner, Russ Hodge, Michelle was Director of Public Affairs for a NBC affiliate in Columbus, Ohio. During her tenure with the television station, she was instrumental in positioning the station as a leader in philanthropic endeavors.
